These truffles are absolutely delicious! And if you're worried about sugar content, agave has a low glycemic index. My friend Zsue made them and they were great!
1 package Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate squares
1- 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/2 cup agave
Melt all the chocolate squares in the agave. Beat the cream cheese with a beater until creamy. Blend in melted chocolate. Refrigerate until firm.
Shape into approx. 36 balls. Roll the balls in cocoa powder or chopped nuts.
